What does peptide therapy cost?

Last updated October 17, 2026

Peptide therapy pricing varies widely, and it isn’t always clear what’s included. Here’s exactly what you pay at RxPepLab and what to ask any provider before you start.

What a protocol costs at RxPepLab

Each protocol is $249 for a one-month supply. That price includes:

  • •Review of your intake by a licensed medical provider
  • •Your prescription, if your provider approves it
  • •The medication, prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy
  • •Access to your patient portal and care team messaging

If your provider decides a protocol isn’t appropriate for you, you’re refunded.

Membership

RxPepLab Membership is $35 per month. Members get free shipping on every order. Membership renews monthly and you can cancel anytime in your patient portal; benefits continue through the end of the billing period. Membership is optional. You can order without it.

What isn’t included

  • •Shipping for non-members, which is shown at checkout
  • •Lab work, if your provider asks for it. You may be able to share recent results; your provider will explain any new labs before you commit.
  • •In-person care, if your provider recommends it

Insurance, HSA and FSA

Compounded medications and cash-pay telehealth are generally not billed to insurance. Some people use HSA or FSA funds for eligible medical expenses. Check with your plan administrator about your situation.

What to ask any peptide provider about price

  • •Does the price include the provider’s review, or is that a separate fee?
  • •Which pharmacy fills the prescription, and is it licensed?
  • •How much medication is included, and for how long?
  • •What happens to my payment if I’m not approved?
  • •Are there membership or subscription charges, and how do I cancel?

A very low price with no medical review, or a product labeled “for research use only,” is a sign you’re not dealing with a pharmacy-filled prescription.
